   Is this a wordpress plugin? Does it get uploaded to the plugin directory and then activated? I guess I am not following exactly where these files go. Thanks for any help.

   Hey Paul!

   No, it´s not really a Wordpress Plugin.

   Transfer all this files to your top blog direction. (where the wp-config.php is)

   There will be NO extension for the Plugin Folder!

   right, u can! With the .fla, (rssReader.fla) you can edit the file for your own. You need Macromedia Flash MX to do that.

   Thanks Solverat; I was afraid I'd need Flash to do that. That's one program I've never gotten round to purchasing.

    I can't open the rssReader.fla file, it says it's a bad format, I'm using mx 2004 on XP, and thoughts why it may not work?

    blöde frage. als weblaie. wenn ich einen flashfile auf meinen space lege und im actionscript hardcoded drin steht wo ich den feed einlese. kriegt das myspace überhaupt mit ? ich mein. die lassen dann doch nur den swf laufen und der holt sich das dann selber ?

    wenn du den Feed IN der swf eingibst, diese dann auf myspace einbindest, dann verbietet Myspace den Aufruf des Feeds. deswegen geht das nicht.

    Ich wollte dein Tool ausprobieren, aber irgend wie klappt es bei mir nicht.
    Wenn ich den Code in mein MySpace Profile einfüge, bekomme ich immer ".." diese 2 Punkte zusehen. Kannst du mir weiterhelfen?

    Well, I seemed to have found the answer. The embed code doesn't work, and Solverat doesn't even use it!

    If you go to his MySpace (www.myspace.com/solverat) and look at his code, you will find he uses a div and an object — not an embed.

    I copied this and substituted my own stuff and it seems to work.

    Hi, thanks for making this available. I am sure you are very busy but I have a problem.

    The player does not 'read' the feed in Internet Explorer. It appears to work fine in Firefox, what am I doing wrong? It looks as though you use condtional comments in your myspace page. Does this have anything to do with it?
